Our Standardized 4-Step Inspection Workflow

3、Final Quality Control
Every completed piece undergoes a 100% comprehensive visual and structural evaluation. We meticulously check dimensions against engineering drawings, inspect the finish for any blemishes, and conduct "sit-tests" for ergonomic comfort and balance.
2、In-Process Quality Control
Our on-site QA team conducts continuous routing inspections across our 5 production lines. We monitor CNC cutting precision, joint structural stability, and ensure impeccable stitching alignment on all upholstery to prevent defects during assembly.
4、Outgoing Quality Control
The final safeguard. We verify that all items are securely protected with export-grade packaging. Our supervisors oversee the container loading process to maximize space utilization and prevent transit damage.
